1. Entertainment Product
Alien Broker is an entertainment product. All "aliens," "custody agreements," and related concepts are fictional creative works. By using this service, you acknowledge that:
- No actual extraterrestrial beings are sold, rented, or transferred
- Certificates of Custody are novelty items for entertainment purposes
- "Pickup" timelines are indefinite and should not be relied upon
- The Broker and all characters are fictional
2. What You Receive
When you complete an adoption, you receive:
- A digital Certificate of Custody (PDF)
- A unique registry code verifiable on our website
- Optional email updates ("transmissions") from your alien
You do NOT receive any physical goods, rights to any actual entity, or any promise of future delivery of any being, object, or service beyond what is explicitly stated.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in USD. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available.
4. Gifting
You may purchase custody rights as a gift. The certificate will be issued in the recipient's name. You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including alien names, backstories, images, and certificates, is owned by Alien Broker. You may print and display your certificate for personal use. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our content commercially.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alien Broker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to disappointment when aliens fail to arrive.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
