Pickup timeline remains undefined. The beings in our registry cannot yet travel to Earth due to distance, physics, and interstellar bureaucracy. Your custody is a commitment to wait—and we wait with you. Think of it as a very, very long-distance relationship.

Direct communication is not currently possible due to the technology gap between species. However, you'll receive periodic transmissions (email updates) from your alien, translated and relayed through our systems.

Alien Broker is an entertainment product. Your Certificate of Custody is real, frameable, and officially registered in our database—but we cannot guarantee the physical existence or eventual arrival of extraterrestrial beings. We can guarantee the connection you feel is entirely up to you.

You receive: (1) An official Certificate of Custody as a high-quality PDF, suitable for framing, sent to your email immediately after purchase. (2) A unique Registry Code that can be verified on our website. (3) Periodic transmissions from your alien (email updates).

Your Certificate of Custody is generated and emailed within minutes of completing your adoption. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 15 minutes.

Yes! During checkout, select "It's a gift" and enter the recipient's name and email. They'll receive the certificate directly with a personal message from you. The certificate will be in their name, making them the official custodian.

Absolutely. Many custodians build collections across different species. Each alien requires a separate adoption, and each receives their own certificate and registry entry.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and various local payment methods through our payment processor. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

No. Adoption is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, hidden fees, or recurring charges. Once you adopt, the alien is in your custody permanently.

Due to the unique nature of custody agreements, all adoptions are final. Once an alien is registered to you, the bond cannot be undone. Please review your alien carefully before adopting.

Price reflects the alien's distance from Earth. Closer beings (under 50 light-years) are premium because their eventual pickup is more plausible. Beings at the observable edge of the universe are more affordable but the wait will be... longer.

Every certificate has a unique Registry Code (format: AB-YYYY-XXXX). Visit alienbroker.com/verify and enter the code to confirm its authenticity and view the custody record.

Yes! The PDF is designed for A4/Letter printing at 300dpi. For best results, use quality paper or have it professionally printed. Many custodians frame their certificates.
